DMET was established in the year 2018 as a not-for-profit organization funded by Educationalists, Industrialists, Businessmen and Individuals. The school is a tribute to Late Sri. Duraisamy Mahadevan,M.E, M.I.E, B.Tech.Ed, MISTE, a former Polytechnic College Principal, a true visionary and an educationalist who envisaged the idea of providing quality education for the students of Gudiyattam. He believed that, “Education is the property we give to our children”, he is a source of inspiration and motivation in establishing the Trust.
The aim of our trust is to.
1. Deliver high quality of education to all the students of our town and maximize their potentials through holistic learning.
2. Provide world class child centric education by combining academic excellence, highest standards of behavior, personal integrity and respect for others, and a commitment to building community within and beyond the institution.
